About the job Director, Fulfillment & Processes Overview · The Director of Fulfillment and Processes is both a strategic and hands-on leader managing third party warehousing and distribution, and is responsible for ensuring the company’s daily operational activities run smoothly and effectively. · As the Director of Fulfillment and Processes you will be responsible for development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives relating to distribution to drive lower cost, higher productivity, and industry-leading flexibility, quality, and customer satisfaction. · Participate with senior management in the development and formulation of long and short-range planning, policies, programs and objectives related to third party logistics and wholesale operations. · Ensure compliance with specified contracts metrics, personnel activities and maintain high standards in operational activities. · Assist in establishing customer service standards for all accounts, and communicating these standards to all personnel.
