Responsibilities: Manage site maintenance plan and budget; work with in-house team and external vendors to achieve plan and brand goals, partnering with outside development agency and internal digital design team on site experience and functional enhancements Identify opportunities and prioritize work flow for the maximum impact on business growth: Oversee all project management related to site including managing service levels of internal and 3rd-party providers including but not limited to development agency, platform, fulfillment, and customer service Leverage merchandising and content expertise to help develop a best-in-class online experience that maximizes conversion opportunities and encourages more site visits Identify, track and resolve technical issues within our platform as well as propose and thoroughly test new functionality while partnering with release and project management teams, supporting resolution of issues related to data feeds, product, pricing, promotions, content, orders, third party integrations, etc. Oversee preparation of monthly hindsight and contribute to quarterly business reporting Leverage business analysis and strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth and profitability of the ecommerce business Work closely with senior management, creative, planning and merchandising to identify business drivers to guide the development of monthly promotional roadmap – leveraging macro as well as direct response digital insights Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or higher, MBA a plus 8+ years of e-commerce experience, preferably in a fashion or luxury environment Detailed understanding of end-to-end e-commerce processes including clear understanding of website infrastructure, content management, product attribution, and customer-facing functionality P&L or line of business management experience, core operational strength and the ability to make budget decisions to drive business success Possess an in-depth understanding of how to develop and prioritize site functionality, key retail programs and seamlessly ensure site operations are fully functional.
