DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL DESIGN

Title of Job: Permanent, Director of Digital DesignCompany Description: BeautyLocation: Remote Responsibilities: The Design Director will team up with the Senior Creative Director to continue to conceptualize creative solutions at a global level while also maintaining and elevating their digital design systems. The ideal candidate is a skilled and thoughtful visual designer who can create pixel-perfect designs and work strategically. This person will have an omnichannel, digital-first background and experience managing design teams. This person should be comfortable making large-scale decisions, receiving criticism, and standing up for their designs. Requirements: 10+ years of design experience in retail, beauty and/or fashion preferred Experience in designing digital assets such as paid media, social, photography 5+ years of experience managing a team of digital creatives Must have experience in branding and maintaining cohesive brand visual design across multiple platforms This person should be a strong conceptual leader with a knack for brainstorming Expert in current graphic design tools for Adobe CC Suite (primarily Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Zeplin and the like), Microsoft Office, and Google collaboration applications
