DIRECTOR OF ACQUISITION MARKETING

Reporting to the VP Digital Marketing & Ecommerce, the Director of Acquisition Marketing will be lead all acquisition marketing including but not limited to: SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing for Steve Madden and brand sites (Dolce Vita, Greats, Betsey Johnson). Responsibilities Drive strategy for all direct revenue driving channels including (but not limited to): SEM, Shopping, Paid Social, Affiliates, Ambassadors Manage overall digital marketing budget and, in partnership with digital agency, understand spend effectiveness and optimizations Work cross-functionally with Social Media to develop strategy and execute campaigns with influencers and/ or talent Oversee acquisition reporting for websites; responsible for daily, weekly, monthly reporting and analysis Work closely with Sr Manager, Retention marketing to regularly report insights on new customer acquisition and lifecycle of customer journey including retention Manage Digital Marketing direct report and day to day functions Working closely with Creative Services team to produce high volume of assets to ensure high frequency of testing Responsible for identifying and launching new media/ marketing partners Overseeing the efficiency and profitability of all media channels both in assessing new partners and reporting on current Qualifications Bachelor's degree 7+ years of related experience Strong background in analytics and reporting Budget management and/ or P&L experience Experience managing direct reports Highly skilled in marketing platforms, Google Analytics, and MS Office/ Excel Must be able to think strategically and see the big picture while knowing how to execute it tactically Proactive approach – ability to anticipate future actions that may be required Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects with adherence to deadlines and budgets. Must be able to work both as a team member and independently. Must be flexible to adapt to shifting priorities Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Strong project management/time management skills Salary Range: The pay range of this position is $160,000- $180,000. Actual salary will be determined based off candidate’s skill sets, years of experience, and other job-related factors.
