Strategic Planning associates chart our path forward; leading business planning processes, aligning enterprise leadership against our biggest opportunities, and driving long-term sustainable growth for the company.The Director North America Supply Strategy is a key member of PVH’s North America Supply team, reporting to the VP, North America Supply Strategy. The role encompasses strategy development, project management, and communications.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB: Strategy DevelopmentAuthor and lead multiple high visibility projects for PVH Supply by establishing a clear vision, directing resources, influencing diverse stakeholders and communicating progress and challengesIdentify opportunities, inter-dependencies, points of leverage, and best practices across business units; create forum for sharing and alignment on priorities & learningsServe as a critical thought partner to our senior/executive leaders; exploring complex business issuesInfluence and liaise across PVH to create partnerships, drive alignment, and achieve resultsProject ManagementLead methodical processes; analyzing problems, gathering information, generating options, then proposing and acting on a course of actionManage the coordination and the corresponding communication for key programs & projects across business units and functional teamsManage portfolio of North America Supply projects; driving standardization, simplification, tool development, and reportingCommunicationEffectively communicate complex ideas to diverse audiences through superior storytelling and strong data visualization skillsCommunicate progress against initiatives and strategies to multiple levels and functional areas to gain support and influence actionLead and facilitate weekly and monthly leadership meetings to establish priorities and set goals for the North America Supply organizationDeliver business and market insights to support decision-makingEXPERIENCE: Experience in leading sophisticated strategic projects and working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentAbility to lead cross-functional teams, provide project management expertise, and to lead multiple projects at onceProven track record of pulling together diverse individuals with different goals and facilitate productive discussions; strong leadership presenceProficiency in business communication tools (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.) and verbal/written communication to promote conceptual understanding and catalyze action through storytellingAbility to quickly build credibility; demonstrated leadership managing or influencing peopleExcellent communication, leadership, problem solving, and analytical skillsComfortable working in ambiguous environmentsExperience working directly with senior level executivesEDUCATION: 8+ years of proven experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, corporate development, business development, investment banking or a related fieldOr 6+ years of experience (2+ years’ experience post-MBA) is required with an MBA/Master’s degreeOr 10+ years total, relevant experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor’s degreeSKILLS:Familiarity with project management tools and/or software packagesStrategic, operational, and analytical skillsRapidly adapt and respond to changes in environment and prioritiesStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships in a cross-functional contextStrong in business strategy and project management executionConfident, compelling communicator with developed presentation skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint#LI-116885563_AS1 PVH Corp. or its subsidiary ("PVH") is an equal opportunity employer and considers all applicants for employment on the basis of their individual capabilities and qualifications, consistent with applicable law and without regard to race, color, sex, gender identity or expression, age, religion, creed, national origin, citizenship status, sexual orientation, genetic information, physical or mental disability, military status or any other characteristic protected under federal, state or local law.
