Ability to product UX wireframes is a plus ·Delivers new digital products and enhancements to existing products to achieve improvements in online and offline customer journeys, driving a step change in the technology and data that underpins the experience. · Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required · Combined 8-10+ years of business and technical experience · Proven record of being able to stand up and launch new innovative technology solutions such as drop ship, marketplace, replatfom, and app · Multi -disciplinary background in technology or tech products, marketing and merchandising for a retailer who has successfully transformed digitally · Experience launching 1.0 products into the world · Comfort managing external design and development resources · Great understanding of digital platforms and a passion for discovering new products on sites ·Self-motivated and achieve goals ·Obsessed with creating great experiences for our clients ·Outside the box thinkers ·Career oriented with a desire for advancement ·Enthusiastic about being part of an organization that recognizes your talent
