Description This is a hybrid position that can be based out of our Columbus, OH or New York City headquarters Your Role: The Director of Merchandise Planning is responsible for demand planning of all wholesale brand relationships for VS&Co. The Director leads the department’s financials by developing and gaining alignment with cross-functional teams on budgets, goals, and plans, ensuring the financial and profitability strategies are consistent with growth targets. Your Impact: Strategic Leadership Lead and oversee the Merchandise Planning team in setting and revising sales, margin, and inventory targets across pre-season, in-season, and post-season assortment strategies. Qualifications Your Experience: 10+ years of experience in financial planning or analysis. 5+ years of experience in merchandise planning, demand planning, or replenishment.
