We are looking for a sharp, digital-savvy, passionate Director to lead our digital marketing strategy and oversee campaign execution for Fossil Group in the America's. \- Instill vision, excitement and next level thinking across team and organization, lead by example \- Act as final owner and oversee NAM seasonal digital marketing briefing, planning and recommendation process organizing direct reports and external agencies to provide a recommendation to senior leadership \- Engage with senior leaders to share commercial and business insights, media recommendations as well as guide team on seasonal performance recaps for top brands across all digital marketing channels in the form of weekly, monthly and quarterly insights reporting \- Own/ oversee NAM budget for all digital marketing channels including planning allocation with leadership/ global, optimization re-allocation and accruals/ actualization \- Lead digital marketing measurement analysis: Participate in weekly Amazon/ DTC performance POD and oversee weekly digital ecommerce performance meeting, ensuring that key insights and recommendations are clearly communicated to leadership and Global teams \- Oversee digital marketing agency management by leading monthly agency leadership check-ins to ensure alignment and expectation is met \- Build and maintain strong relationships, acting as digital marketing go-to lead, with global media and CRM team, global brand marketing, vendors, partners, agency and cross-functional departments \- Oversee team processes, best practice execution and overall governance (i.e.: feed management, pixel management, analytics and dashboard reporting, etc.)Create an account to see the full posting, access our search engine, and more.
