The Director of Global Innerwear Initiatives will lead key cross-functional initiatives that enable the Hanesbrands Full Potential Transformation. Strategic Initiatives Refine the scope and lead key initiatives that support the Annual Operating Plan, Long-Range Plan, and Full Potential Transformation Populate and track a monthly scorecard, working in conjunction with Finance and IT, to track attainment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned to the Annual Operating Plan Lead and coordinate organizational optimization, process improvement, and cost reduction opportunities Build analytical models to identify organic and inorganic growth opportunities
