Director, Human Resources (Tech)

The company is reimagining traditional off-price with a digitally-native model focused on customer experience.What This Position Is All About:The Director, Human Resources will support the Saks OFF 5TH digital Technology team. In this role, the Manager/Director, Human Resources will be responsible for serving all of the team’s human resources needs: organization design, learning and development, employee relations, talent management, change management and compensation. Guide management through organizational development and change management initiatives including organization design, evolution, development, restructuring, etc. Diagnose opportunities for learning and development programs; develop and facilitate organization-specific training sessions; partner with Learning and Development to assess training effectiveness Partner with management to resolve employee relation issues; provide coaching and counseling to management and staff; collaborate with the Employee Relations team on issues as appropriate.
