## Job description This position requires knowledge of U.S. and international forced labor, modern slavery and labor standards and workplace condition laws, and reports directly to the Associate Vice President, Independent Production Services. Annually review and update (as needed) the Supplier Code of Conduct to ensure it is aligned with all laws and industry standards Support development and delivery of training materials to suppliers, factories and associates through Supplier Communication Sessions, virtual training and the IPS Compliance Guidebook Develop labor standards and workplace condition policies, as needed, and annually review and update related policies including the Sourcing Country Policy Continuously strengthen the labor standards and workplace conditions program for IPS through research and benchmarking with other key retailers Oversight of the Conflict Minerals Program and associated due diligence process Prepare disclosures that demonstrate compliance with Section 1502 of the U.S. Dodd Frank Act, UK Modern Slavery Act and other forced labor and modern slavery laws Support the Sustainable Apparel Coalition initiative and create a roll-out plan to meet membership requirements Communicate major compliance violations and incidents that fall under the 24-Hour Notification Policy to IPS Executive Leadership, Sourcing & Manufacturing and other critical stakeholders; draft and send warning letters as appropriate Stay updated on emerging supply chain labor risks and communicate those risks to IPS and Executive Leadership Prepare responses for investor and non-government organization (NGO) requests, as needed Annually review the social responsibility section and related disclosures on VSNewCo website and update to ensure alignment with new policies and procedures; support development of ESG reporting Monitor investor sites for social criteria related to VSNewCo and other key retailers we benchmark with regularly Directly liaison with Victoria's Secret Beauty and Accessories, Non- Merchandise Procurement and Store Design & Construction teams on social compliance matters Leverage platforms to support social compliance initiatives Manage other compliance related projects and programs, as assigned Communicates in a highly effective and professional manner (verbal and written), interpreting complex information and thoughtfully expressing his/her viewpoint, analysis or conclusions High attention to detail coupled with analytical and project management skills Ability to execute tasks in a thorough, composed, accurate and timely fashion while managing multiple, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Cross-functional team player with proven leadership capability Leadership skills to develop, manage, delegate and execute tasks efficiently and effectively. in Business Administration, Sustainability, or related field required Previous experience with project management Strong PC skills: Proficient in use of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Foreign language skills a plus MBA or advanced degree, or other certification a plus An equal opportunity employer, we do not discriminate in hiring or terms and conditions of employment because of an individual's race, color, religion, gender, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, age, disability, sexual orientation, marital status or any other protected category recognized by state, federal or local laws.
