Director, Full Price Stores

This leader will own the P&L for all store operations, playing a pivotal role in opening new locations and expanding our footprint. Full ownership of the Full Price retail store P&L, driving profitability and sustainable growth across all locations. This includes Full Price and our Hometown store location.Lead new store openings, including site selection and launch execution, to maximize brand presence and market reach. Work closely with Director of Store operations on Operational execution and Store Policy and ProceduresDevelop and implement strategies for store experience—cultivating environments that delight customers and engage employees.Direct visual merchandising initiatives to showcase products and create compelling, on-brand displays.Recruit, develop, and inspire store teams, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and achievement.Leverage extensive experience in full-price retail, with a strong background in denim and apparel.Manage and execute marketing and loyalty programs for stores, driving customer engagement, retention, and brand affinity.
