Job Title: Director, Ecommerce, Kate Spade Support the development of the North America digital strategy and lead end to end execution of the site to profitability grow the business Analyze business performance, synthesize findings, structure presentations, and communicate recommendations and action items to drive alignment and execute against those strategies Partner and work collaboratively with cross functional teams across areas of ecommerce strategy, site experience, buying & planning including: Brand Marketing team to manage the content calendar and digital marketing initiatives for ecommerce, including home page, landing page, email, search, affiliate, performance and social media to support the brand and business objectives Merchants and planners to drive site-merchandising strategies, ensuring optimal presentation of product as measured by conversion and average order size Tapestry IT to implement roadmap strategy for Kate Spade and advocate on behalf of the brand Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
