Accountabilities Effectively translate business strategies into product strategies and specifications that deliver against our core customer value propositions and our company’s strategic and financial goals Identifies new opportunities and develop business case/ROI for projects, including analysis of digital market trends, evaluating technology, and justifying development initiatives and expenditures Work within a matrix organization collaborating with business stakeholders, technology, and other cross functional teams Lead a team of product, production, and project management professionals driving high quality customer experiences and exploring what is possible with evolving digital tools and technologies Represents the customer throughout the digital product lifecycle acting as a client advocate, ensuring the best possible digital client experiences Subject matter expert that participates in the strategic planning process for all key website enhancements Thought leader, highly strategic process expert who partners closely with key stakeholders across the business and IT to define the product vision, identify new feature sets or technology and develop business plans and approaches to achieve goals along with the supporting metrics required to deliver and ensure timely and accurate implementations that result in a best-in-class digital experience Develop a team of Digital product managers that will oversee internal product development and delivery, including definition of the product roadmap and customer experience, development of the business case, product specifications and prototyping, as well as documentation of requirements Accountable for the financial impact and customer experience of the products produced by the team, using analysis to measure the results of feature deployments to quantify the business benefit/impact, and identify further business opportunities Lead core Usability principles including A/B and Usability testing Research and analyze new business opportunities in the digital space Work with the cross functional teams across the company to make sure all parties understand the initiatives and what implications the project may have to their team Manage external strategic partnerships that support various Ecommerce site features Lead Senior Managers in Web production: Team of content producers responsible for the day to day site management including content and promotional website updates Assume budget oversight: overseas direct expenses related to the overall expense budget for the department Ability to manage expectations and alignment around a 12 – 18 month digital road map Ability to create and present status updates in Steering Committees and other executive level forums Skills & Requirements At least 8 years’ experience within the E-commerce and digital space BA/BS degree from a top university/college Strong quantitative analysis skills: proven business analysis and project management success Experience in an online retail environment (direct to consumer) preferably apparel, or other customer focused technology products Ability to partner effectively in a highly matrixed organization Retail E-Commerce, Mobile, and Omnichannel retail experience preferred User Experience Design experience is a plus Team management: Experience leading, managing and developing multiple direct reports Experience with the Agile development process preferred Strong analytical and quantitative skills, including the ability to link product design and features to strategic objectives and use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and recommendations Strong people management skills required to inspire, develop, and coach team members Additionally, Brooks Brothers offers competitive compensation, excellent benefits and a positive work environment designed around the philosophy of mutual respect and the challenge of contributing to the continued success of our organization.
