DIRECTOR, DISTRIBUTION OPERATIONS

The Director, Distribution Operations is responsible for managing the third-party vendor relationship in an owned, automated distribution facility, as well as oversee third-party operations to receive, process and ship merchandise to our retail stores and ecommerce customers for a combination of brands. The Director will collaborate with the other SPARC brand distribution sites and corporate partners in the strategic planning of the distribution center operations. The successful candidate will bring retail apparel and ecommerce distribution experience in an automated facility, and a drive to own the operation. Manage to an established budget. Must have 7-10 years of logistics experience in an automated facility, predominantly with apparel with entire building responsibility Knowledge of the entire retail and ecommerce fulfillment process, from receiving, processing to shipping Experience working with 3PL’s is preferred Strong collaboration, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills A college degree is required Forever 21 is operated by SPARC Group LLC, a fashion industry leader that designs, sources, manufactures, distributes and markets women's, men’s and kids apparel and accessories in key markets worldwide for iconic brands.
