Director, Digital Product Management

The Director, Digital Product Management will work closely with a diverse group of cross-functional partners to deliver an exceptional customer experience aligned with business goals and objectives. Additional responsibilities include: Oversee comprehensive product management for all customer-facing and back- office platform components, organized around lean operating principles for agility and speed Collaborate with UX and technology leadership to rapidly evolve capabilities that drive operational and customer-experience effectiveness for all digital properties on MGD platform Lead the product development and release-planning activities required to drive development and delivery of BBW omni-channel initiatives, based on the priorities and plans represented in our product and technology roadmaps Foster and facilitate collaboration and shared accountability for outcomes with product owners, development, QA, architecture, UI/UX, and other technology and business partners Provide thought leadership and support of our Agile framework, end-to-end processes, and tools Develop, in conjunction with senior leadership, the platform product vision, benchmarks, and goals Prioritize and execute the platform product roadmap with focus on delivering key digital initiatives Secure feedback from brand leaders to ensure core platform capabilities support brand enablement roadmaps Build business cases for investments that maximize learning and relevant digital product capabilities Continuously pattern and evolve processes to build speed, quality, and agility for the enterprise Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues that may impair the organization's ability to meet its strategic, financial, and technical goals Establish and lead a consistent cadence of well-organized, well-facilitated, and effective roadmap and release planning events Drive continuous learning and improvement for all key customer journeys and interactions Hire, develop, and retain a highly functional team of product owners and product analysts who work cross-functionally to deliver highly adopted products Directly lead, motivate, and mentor a lean team of product owners and product analysts Indirectly influence, coach, and encourage large cross-functional teams Foster a culture of excellence in execution, customer experience, and business performance Empower and drive positive change; encourage initiative, follow-through, and accountability Lead and support product owners in sprint grooming, prioritization, and definition efforts Ensure product teams can leverage analytics to drive optimization; measure progress against KPI benchmarks and targets Manage initiatives across all product teams to ensure a unified user experience Develop and present executive-level communications that effectively communicate the strategic plan and progress against goals Identify and manage external vendor relationships that are needed to advance business goals Ensure site and product features are operational and meet defined service levels Manage internal issue inquiries, escalation, and resolution; ensure issues are addressed appropriately and communicated in a timely manner 10 years of experience in product operations, agile product management, or a related function with increasing scope or responsibility 5 years of experience effectively leading teams or directly managing associates including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing priorities Demonstrate proven vision, strategy, and execution across the digital commerce landscape (desktop, mobile, tablet, apps) Professional experience in direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environment preferred Demonstrated experience with all aspects of SDLC, Agile, and Waterfall development approaches Experience leading Enterprise Commerce Platforms (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento, Shopify, etc.)
