Primary Purpose: Tapestry is looking for an experienced leader for our Data Engineering team within the Analytics/Data Labs organization. The hire will be responsible for leading our Data Engineering team focused on expanding and optimizing our data assets and data ecosytem, as well as optimizing data flow and collection for cross functional teams. This includes database maintenance and auditing, project management and supporting cross-functional teams such as IT, CRM, Customer Experience, Privacy and Marketing with data-related projects. The successful individual will leverage their proficiency in data engineering and management to lead a team of talented data engineers to: Experience supporting and working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
