Job Description Carter's, Inc. is the largest branded marketer in North America of apparel exclusively for babies and young children. The Company also owns Skip Hop, a global lifestyle brand for families with young children. This role will play an integral role in the development and implementation of Carters first-party data strategies and will aid the marketing department in making data-driven decisions The Director of Customer Analytics leads a team of data scientists, marketing/CRM analysts, and dashboard building experts that work with Carters first party and third-party data to provide actionable insights and recommendations based on customer behavior. Consult with cross-functional partners on data analytics needs and strategies. Present findings to partners Develop strategies to measure consumer response across channels and brands and quantify the overall impact of multi-channel initiatives Set and manage priorities; work with contractors, consultants, and internal /external resources to align priorities with skillsets to accomplish objectives Accountable for the overall management of analytic projects, including timeliness, quality and end-user value Oversee development of analytical plans including proper selection of methodologies, techniques, KPIs and metrics Data Analytics and Data Visualization (30%) Responsible for vision and execution of report visualization for all customer KPIs and measurement.
