The Director of Corporate Communications is responsible for leading the external communications and Corporate Social Responsbility (CSR) efforts for the company in parallel path of setting the agenda of corporate reputation and executive visibility with the VP of Corporate Communications. The Director of Corporate Communications works alongside a team of integrated internal communications teammates, as well as the PR leads for the banners (including Foot Locker, Foot Action, Champs, Eastbay) to ensure the company message is consistent, timely and relevant with a strong through-line to the corporate narrative in the US and Globally. \- Works in conjunction with other department heads, including those on the executive leadership team, as well as legal, IR, HR, marketing and advertising, brand management and social media. \- Establishes and develops media relationships to drive corporate business and CSR narrative across media verticals, along with authoring all company materials with team including: press releases, executive speeches, keynotes, messaging documents. \- Collaborates with other divisions to develop the key messaging around company CSR and internal and development opportunities, partner marketing and CSR events and initiatives.
