Your Impact Talent Management Manage team of full-time direct reports; as well as contractors and interns as needed Ensure a robust talent agenda is in place, focusing on career growth, skill development and succession planning Drive talent initiatives including the recruiting, onboarding, and retention of team members Actively develop and retain high performers within team Principle Commercialization Responsibilities Drive conversation, communication, compromise, and resolution across functional teams to achieve the best product at the most ideal time Develop and track timelines for launch product and change requests, detailing out major development milestones for Beauty Lead change management process and track to deadlines Assess viability and timing for chase and off cadence product requests Work with cross-functional teams to determine lead times, assessing opportunities and risks Influence and communicate timing adjustments due to supply chain delays, missed deadlines, testing failures, etc Own and drive newness innovation process to prepare to pass over the firewall for development, gathering requirements and establishing feasibility through input from all cross functional teams Influences process improvement strategies, system tool enhancements, emerging businesses, and International launch development Demonstrate a work ethic that is consistent with teamwork and the shared values of the enterprise
