Design Your Future at PVHDirector, Cloud and Platform Engineering- PVH Corp.Position Summary:The Director of Cloud and Platform Engineering Services is responsible for global oversight of the planning, design and support of hosting systems including Cloud, Systems/Servers, Storage, Devops and Automation. The Cloud and Platform Engineering Services group is responsible for  building and maintaining a best in class IT Infrastructure function that includes all facets of on-prem and Cloud hosting environments and DevOps functions within the company as well as between the company and its trading partners and customers.Provides leadership in technology architecture and platform design for cloud capabilities, while establishing strategy in alignment with the IT leadership teamScales Cloud platform through building hardened and secured Cloud services ready to be adopted and leverage by product development teams to accelerate business value deliveryGoverns cloud engineering and operations within the company’s cloud technology and act as SME on cloud architecture, platforms and environmentsCollaborates with applications, architecture, cybersecurity, IT Operations, Infrastructure and product delivery teams to establish a framework that integrates industry best practicesCommunicates cloud value proposition to range of audiences, including review boards, senior management, cross-functional teams, and other relevant stakeholdersOversee design and implementation of DevOps processes, practices and tools enabling CI/CD, maximizing the speed and quality of product deliveryResponsible for collaborating with business and IT partners to ensure that the platform services strategic plan is positioned to enable business growth and efficient operations.Initiate and direct special projects as required to assess and implement hosting technologies to assure that the company is utilizing the best of current offerings.Participate in the development of the IT Strategic systems plan.Develop and reviews technical service level standards for services and equipment while monitoring and reporting activity levels on the systems and services.Recognize and identify potential areas where existing policies and procedures require change, or where new ones need to be developed, especially regarding future business expansion.Work closely with other groups to coordinate plans and activities. The Director will also coordinate changes due to the business needs of the company.Fulfill departmental requirements in terms of providing work coverage and administrative notification during periods of personnel illness, vacation or educationPrepares budgets and related financial documents, and is responsible for the attainment of a high ROI on new projects to be undertaken.Evaluate both assets under management and sets strategy for his area to deliver optimum value to PVH.Manage optimization opportunism and either directly sponsors efficiency projects or works with the greater TPG organization to achieve benefits for PVH.Consult internally and advise other departments within the company in the use of hosting services and serves as a focal point for user inquiries regarding hosting capabilities and use.Externally represent the company when working with vendors on all platform issues.Qualifications:Minimum 10 years within an IT infrastructure organization with at least 6 years as a technology manager or leader. Have a minimum of four years of project/program management experience.
