This role reports directly to the VP of Category Growth, and works closely with cross-functional partners to develop, implement, and execute data-driven channel strategies, marketing activations, and a customer-centric site experience As the Director of Category Growth, you will: Function as the category expert, and plays a key role in building the business plan and the strategic direction for the category and Saks brand as a whole Drive holistic site strategy for a specific division of the business, using data-driven insights to create a seamless customer experience on site. Work closely with marketing, buying/planning, operations, creative, product, as well as brand partners, to drive the success of saks.com Partner closely with team leaders to develop and enhance the Saks brand, website, and competitive positioning
