Additional responsibilities include: Agile Operations Develop the Agile framework for transforming Waterfall project delivery to Scrum and Kanban driven execution of digital product development Coach Agile concepts and mindsets and behaviors across the organization, including leadership Optimize how our digital product teams work: analytics, user experience, engineering, testing, and product & project management Own and optimize the product development operating system: from Agile methodology to how product teams meet and communicate Continuously pattern and evolve processes to build speed, quality, and agility for the enterprise Establish governance and communication mechanisms to manage the flow of information within the product organization including outbound communication and product demos Deliver metric-driven status reports to leadership on site releases and defects Own site issue and defect escalation process and communication focusing on evolving to a DevOps support model Evangelize and implement DevOps disciplines and tools to reduce manual effort and increase safety and speed of value Responsible for ensuring agility, responsiveness, and transparency in the day- to-day operations of all supported brand properties and the product teams that enable and support them Lead production operations for site health monitoring and break/fix in collaboration with the application and infrastructure teams Own annual web accessibility training Scrum Management Hire, develop, and retain a highly functional team of Scrum Masters who work cross-functionally to deliver highly adopted products Support Scrum Masters with removing product team impediments and manage risks and issues Facilitate scenario-based learning for Scrum Masters, product owners, and product team members Guide the product owner/product analyst in improving user story grooming Identify the best KPIs/metrics to continuously monitor and improve product team performance and velocity Leads Lean/Agile operations standards and practices for all development Responsible for management of scrum and retrospectives, configuration of collaboration/workflow tools, and making work visible, including work in progress (WIP) and release notes Quality Assurance Hire, develop, and retain a highly functional team of QA testers who work cross-functionally to deliver highly adopted products Lead and manage the QA team and participate in a full cycle agile process from specification to deployment Participate in product team discussions for various initiatives from a verification and testability perspective Provide technical guidance and support to teams planning and implementing large initiatives, rollout of automated test-suites, broad architectural shifts, and capacity growth Develop a roadmap to realize a fully automated, reliable, testable, cost- efficient platform Lead in selection and implementation of testing strategies, automated and manual test frameworks, and processes Maintain high test coverage for the platform and own it as a high-level metric Investigate and explore upcoming new technologies and build supporting business cases for enhancements Ensure a high level of engagement, performance, and professional growth among QA team members through coaching and development Manage, measure, and communicate the team's progress toward goals 10 years of experience in product operations, product management, or a related function with increasing scope or responsibility 5 years of experience effectively leading teams or directly managing associates including hiring, developing, motivating, and directing priorities Professional experience in direct retail, e-commerce, or consulting environment preferred Experience with leading ALM tools (JIRA/Version One/TFS/Agile Central/Rally, etc.)
