DIRECT SHIP SPECIALIST

Responsible for the management of day-to-day business as it relates to the Direct Ship Network (DSN) vendors. Collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure day-to-day tasks are completed and vendor issues are resolved. Responsible for daily vendor communication pertaining to delinquent orders, cancels, order tracking - follow up as needed to resolve open issues Manage SKU attribution for Direct Ship eligible items Manage ad hoc troubleshooting with Vendors, Merchant Teams, and Item Production teams Work closely with Direct Ship team, external vendors, Merchant Teams, Item Production teams Build and maintain positive business working relationships with all parties Primary point of contact for daily vendor communication Monitor and research vendor compliance - implement alternative solutions to problems Interact and communicate effectively and proactively with vendors through correspondence - communicate and distribute documentation updates to DSN vendors as needed Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment Experience working with Microsoft applications, specifically Excel Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to work as part of a team and interact effectively with others Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects effectively Strong problem solving and prioritization skills
