Direct Mail Manager

The newly created Direct Mail Manager role at our headquarters in Kenosha, WI is ideal for an individual contributor who wants to make a mark on an organization in a process management role! In this role, you will be an essential member of the Jockey team, driving strategy, execution and performance for the direct mail channel. Additional deliverables and oversight includes: \- Owns the end-to-end strategy and execution of our direct mail channel including content development, audience segmentation, customer journey and campaign analysis \- Leverage predictive models to develop optimized customer contacts \- Identify acquisition opportunities to expand our brand reach with the right customer audiences \- Oversee and manage the budget and circulation strategy of direct mail program \- Drive testing including, but not limited to offer, format and creative, to deliver growth and increased customer engagement within our direct mail channel \- Develop catalog pagination strategies that support product and brand priorities in a creative, shoppable experience \- Manage multiple external relationships with creative, print and technology partners \- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams to ensure mail files, data, analysis, design, and implementation are complete on time and support content strategy goals \- Regularly analyze and optimize campaign performance to achieve defined objectives \- Share channel learnings with leadership and key stakeholders to drive strategic alignment \- Identify and evaluate new opportunities to ensure Jockey has a best-in- class Direct Mail program
