The Digital Technician is an essential role to ensure that an efficient production workflow leads to time saved in post-production. Troubleshoots and supports technical aspects of the capture workflow Processing content to the necessary specifications for the intended output Working with creative partners to ensure delivery of approved content Organizing and archival of content Understanding of photography and basic color theory Proficient with current Mac OS, Capture One Pro, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Bridge, After Effects, Premiere) Ability to prioritize many tasks, maintain strict deadlines and take direction Excellent organizational and communication skills Experience in a high volume photo studio, imaging or retail environment Experience with motion capture Experience retouching and editing images Experience with asset or content management systems and metadata taxonomies Understanding and experience with databases Understanding or experience with apple script, scripting or similar programming languages
