Manage a team (QA specialists - direct reports) who is ensuring delivery of quality customer-facing products that put the customer’s digital experience first Give constructive feedback to help your direct reports grow in their professional careers Test and audit on Saks.com, as well as external marketing links and emails Log defects by accurately adding steps with proper details and documentation of defect details Triage active callout processes during site preview and lead the partner-teams toward actioning the resolution of callouts in a timely manner, meeting deadlines Work with project management, web production and other partners to define test strategy, test development and test execution-Identifying defects and refining quality standards Prepare reports on quality assurance findings Identify needs in the line of business, and assist in the development or presentation of the training as appropriate Develop and report metrics and prepare management reports for Digital Creative Operations meetings Ability to assess, adapt and implement changes in process to ensure proper controls are understood and in place Champions a high-performance environment and contributes to an inclusive work environment Your Life and Career at HBC: We look forward to reviewing your application.
