Developing, managing, and maintaining the complete IT project plan to ensure delivery against project milestones by: Defining and clarifying the project scope Developing the project plan Determining the organizational structure of the project team (agile/waterfall/hybrid) Defining project tasks and resource requirements Work with managers for resource allocation Identifying services to be provided by external companies Reporting project budget status Partnering with Application Development teams, Product Management, Business, and Customer Support for agreement on project outcomes. Evaluating project progress toward meeting its defined objectives. Determining the cause of deviations from the plan and taking corrective actions to address deviations. 5+ years of expereince in Digital Project / Program Management Preferred: 2+ years mobile app or eCommerce experience Enterprise level program management experince Experience in the Retail Industry
