Digital Operations Analyst - PVH Corp.

The Digital Operations Analyst will contribute to the PVH North America Digital roadmap including operational efficiency drivers and Omni-Channel initiatives. With guidance from the Director of Digital Operations, will help to identify opportunities that accelerate profitably of the digital business with a focus on all operational areas impacting the Omni-channel operating model (supply chain, order fulfillment, payment processing, fraud management, customer service, alternate payments etc.) Experience: 3-5 years of ecommerce, operations, or analytics experience Knowledge of ecommerce and Omni-channel space and systems Education:  Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent Skills: Analytical capabilities, outstanding business insight, and excellent verbal and written communication skills Experience working cross functionally and interacting with partners at all levels Ability to troubleshoot, identify patterns, and generate new approaches to reporting Organized, reliable self-starter with strong creative thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Outstanding attention to detail Highly proficient with MS Suite, particularly Excel. Capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast paced, high volume environment.
