Digital Merchandising Manager - Leading Fashion Brand

Roles & Responsibilities • Responsible for driving the product experience across key consumer touchpoints both on-site and in email • Own the site merchandising strategies and content strategies that support the product buy and drive sales / conversion • Owns the decisions in the product story-telling and plans/develops content initiatives in support of the Brand message • Interpret and react to site KPI’s to achieve sales goals • Measure and monitor effectiveness, and communicate how the content and product strategy is contributing to business goals • Manage the merchandising set-up in Salesforce Commerce Cloud (or similar merchandising tool) for daily updates and campaign roll outs • Analyze the business on a weekly basis to drive sales through suggested on-site optimizations, emails or promotions • Monitor staging and live site for issues and partner with cross functional teams to resolve site content and product related issues • Work with the Director, Digital Merchandising on key launches and all consumer-facing touchpoints on the site • Shop competitor sites to identify trends and opportunities • Participate in ad-hoc analysis as necessary • Establish collaborative relationships ranging from Buying and Planning to Media and Marketing Strong planning, inventory management, and analytical skills.
