DIGITAL MEDIA COORDINATOR

Objectives of this Role • Oversee the company's digital platforms including running the agency's social media accounts, creating pitch decks for all projects, managing the agency's website, and mentoring clients' social media accounts • Establish art department standards for production, productivity, quality, and client service • Collaborate in creating marketing plans, aligning team priorities with business objectives to deliver high-quality work on time • Develop presentation approaches, styles, and techniques for all pitch decks from creative to client-based • Analyze market trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, and ensure that the agency's social media pages reflect objectives Responsibilities: • Conceptualize campaign vision, harnessing original graphics, copy, content websites, social media, and other branding materials • Develop creative briefs based on ideas established in brainstorming sessions with direction, schedules, and expected deliverables for the creative team • Obtain team approval by presenting final layouts, design, and illustrations, encouraging members to provide feedback, and responding to internal commentary and requests Skills and Qualifications • Degree in fine art, graphic design, or similar discipline • 2+ years of experience in an artistic role (experience working with talent is a plus) • Proficiency with design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite • Exceptional capability with typography, layout, and prototyping • Strong creative vision with an understanding of business objective
