DIGITAL MARKETING LEAD

This position will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to support all digital marketing and paid media efforts including paid social, display, paid search, affiliates, SEO, and traditional media channels.Responsibilities:• Work with Digital Marketing Leadership to build channel strategies; directly responsible for implementing plans from start to finish.• Manage the day-to-execution of all of Kendra Scott’s digital marketing and paid media channels. This includes:o Consistently communicating upcoming launches, promotions, and other messaging priorities to agency partners and working with their teams to develop strategic plans to drive acquisition and retention.o Working closely with agencies and internal creative services to concept, create and traffic ads that incorporate learnings from past performance. Must be able to turn recommendations from agencies into clear, actionable insights for internal teams.• Work closely with Digital Marketing Leadership to track overall ecommerce and paid media channel performance against monthly revenue & spend targets.• Proactively seek out and assess new digital marketing opportunities to drive sales.Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:• Bachelor’s degree in advertising/PR, business, marketing or related area of concentration, or equivalent work experience in a related field.• 4-6 years’ experience in paid marketing, media planning/buying or campaign management working with $5M+ marketing spends across multiple target audiences, messages and campaign goals. Agency experience a plus.• Must have working knowledge of how to execute a successful campaign from start to finish within at least 4 of the following areas: paid search, paid social, affiliate, display, digital video, SEO or traditional media channels.• Proven ability to report on campaign performance in written and verbal form.
