Digital Marketing Director - Women's Contemporary Brand

The Company Eva Franco, Inc. is a contemporary women’s fashion brand that is proudly designed and lead by Eva Franco, a female founder, designer, and creative entrepreneur. Based and made in Los Angeles CA and sold in over 600+ retailers nationwide and internationally. The Digital Marketing Director will develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy to drive revenue through email marketing, social media, paid advertising, SEO, website user experience, increased brand awareness, and web traffic including but not limited to strategy, goals, budget, and marketing tactics. Manage implementation of SEO strategies 5) Website Graphics User Experience Monitor heat maps and A/B test website to improve customer experience and increase website conversion rate 6) Social Media Coordinator Post daily on Instagram and Facebook Interact with users Manage Influencers and develop new influencer relations Key Measures for Success: Meets or exceeds e-commerce revenue goals Consistently hits goals for KPI's as per marketing plan Qualifications/Skills Required: Bachelor's degree or equivalent MUST have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role Experience working with fashion brands a plus Must have experience with Klaviyo, Shopify, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva This is an on-site position in Los Angeles, CA.
