Backpack Company in NYC is looking for Digital Marketing Associate with a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in digital marketing/ecommerce preferably in fashion industry. Responsibilities: Develop and execute online marketing plans, including website development while establishing and maintaining brand presence on Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, Twitter, Pinterest and e-mail campaigns Has clear understanding and ability to track everchanging social media trends on both Tik Tok and Instagram Works well with product designers and external photographers/media partners to help generate content for social media platforms that is “on-brand” Able to track and dissect content data analytics for both social media and e-mail blast campaigns, and adjusts future campaigns based on concrete data Administer customer service inquiries related to our brand website and our major retail partners through our Bazaarvoice and Power Reviews partner Organize and manage online review program to ensure all styles have reviews and syndicate to our partner E-tailers Utilize and partner with teams at Bazaarvoice, Power Reviews, Google, Springbot to grow online presence Regularly audit product listings across all sites to ensure quality is maintained Research, propose, and implement new functionality that can optimize customer experience while increasing sales/traffic Creating and manage QR Codes process (video creation through 3rd party site) Administer all aspects of the brand websites through Shopify; including item setup, merchandising multiple categories across multiple websites, execution of banners, sales promotions, specialty shops and links, and maintaining SEO best practices Work with product designers, website photographer, web developer, and order processing team to ensure functional site Work closely with research, content, and analytics to craft data-driven strategies that guide the campaign direction for all brands. Ability to think strategically, and able to balance long-term strategy with short-term results Excellent communication skills with the ability to craft story and represent it to executives, team members, and outside agencies Manage relationships with cross functional teams to provide strategic directions for campaigns; in particular, coordinate tightly with other functions, including media, campaign management, brand, network marketing, creative, and PR to insure originals campaigns fit with overall brand initiatives and communications timelines The ideal candidate will have a mix of experience with marketing acquisition strategy, creative expertise, media buying knowledge, and campaign management skills to support the overall business.
