The role will be a key catalyst for driving data driven Marketing Analytics within the organization which will place both the Consumer (and her Data) at the core of Marketing. In all areas of responsibility, influence Marketing decisions within brands to be more data informed Be a champion for data-based decisions, proactively socializing data to inform business decisions Provide forward looking insights to identify opportunities and risks to the business Breakdown of Responsibilities: (25%) Marketing Analytics and Performance MeasurementDevelop and deliver daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly performance reporting to provide marketing leadership clear visibility to marketing program performance. Synthesize data to provide trend metrics to identify opportunities for the business Provide forward looking analytics and reporting to provide visibility for business planning and marketing plan development Addressing Ad Hoc analytics requests across marketing, omni channel and customer behavior subject areas Marketing SME of eComm data, providing technical support to other marketing team members to fully leverage Adobe Analytics (Omniture) data and other eComm analytics tools (25%) Digital Marketing performance monitoring and oversightStrategic thought-partner to digital and brand marketing, providing insights and data analytics for best performance, identifying opportunities to optimize investments and programs to drive traffic and sales for our brands. Expert knowledge of MS Office tools - Excel and PowerPoint Proven success influencing and collaborating within a team and in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Experience working with a variety of data sources, such as DMP, DSP, ad server data Proven ability to manage multiple projects with shifting and conflicting priorities and deadlines Flexible communication style to collaborate with multiple stakeholders from varying backgrounds Strong critical thinking skills and creative approaches to test new ideas and drive business results Proven ability to manage external suppliers and ensure top value and performance for organization Self-motivated and able to operate independently, as well as work effectively with others Curiosity and tenacity to ask the right questions and follow through with answers Carters is committed to creating a diverse environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
