The right candidate will be a high-quality designer with a solid understanding of user experience, responsive web and messaging hierarchy, and A/B testing. Work with Art Director and Digital Marketing Managers to translate and create marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs Work with internal developers to ensure aesthetics also are aligned with usability, accessibility, and web standards Manage and produce digital design work, including banner sizing and versioning Provide design support to other business lines to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics
