The Content Specialist is responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of all ecommerce consumer facing content, promotions, product set-up and visual merchandising. This role will partner with numerous internal and external team members to support all online activities. Work closely with Merchandising and Developer(s) to ensure online assets are displayed properly across devices Daily QA & continually monitor the website in a proactive manner to ensure that information is accurate, content is current, and pages are free of errors Responsible for optimizing website for site speed and conversion Work with digital product team to ensure all necessary site issues are addressed Product Set Up: Maintain thorough product knowledge on current and upcoming product assortment for ecommerce site. Responsible for SKU set up within digital content management system and managing the product catalogs across both websites. Responsible for optimizing site product recommendations and sorting to ensure best possible consumer experience Collaborate with analytics team to understand search and site data to help drive conversion Requirements Candidate must possess outstanding organizational and cross-functional management skills with fastidious attention to detail.
