DIGITAL CONTENT SPECIALIST / PHOTOGRAPHER

The Digital Content Specialist/Photographer will report to the Studio Production Manager and will be required to work in our in-house studio within our headquarters in Winston-Salem, NC. The ideal candidate is a proactive creative with a strong eye while understanding fashion and industry trends Studio equipment expert; establishing standards to accomplish brand right digital assets In studio photography with the ability to manage and produce outstanding on location visual content. Collaborate with PDP Photography Managers and merchandisers to produce brand right content Must be able to engage with talent/models to achieve the desired look and feel Actively engages in the creative process for both post-production and live-production needs; work with all parties to achieve defined goals Monitor and maintain equipment inventory and facilitating servicing repairs when necessary Collaborate with team members to create, and execute ideas that push the envelope and take our brands to the next level Participate in weekly creative meetings that will ideate new projects and outline schedules for upcoming projects Use artistic knowledge to enhance and compose photographs Review sets of photographs and select the best results Adjust lighting and camera angles to produce premium content still life, on model and video content. Administrative creative/marketing tasks Qualifications Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent and 3+ yrs work experience in studio photography in a competitive industry required.
