DIGITAL CATEGORY ANALYST

Analyze digital performance of key product categories, including identifying category-level shopping behaviors and patterns Identify category-level optimization opportunities related to campaigns, pricing or other digital merchandising strategies based on insights Attend weekly business review meetings as required and report on insights, opportunities and recommendations for digital business to cross-functional team Develop by-day risk analysis during key calendar events Own and develop standardized reports and dashboards as required Work with other digital team members to gather qualitative and quantitative data from multiple sources to drive and develop solutions Report findings to key stakeholders in a comprehensive and timely manner Present formal results, insights and recommendations to broader digital group, to Merchant or other cross-functional partners as required Bachelor’s degree in mathematics or statistics, marketing, retail merchandising, finance or relevant experience 2 year of experience in digital, marketing, ecommerce or other applicable field Strong analytical mindset and comfort with basic analytics principles Familiarity with digital marketing and merchandising Strong problem solving skills and comfort with ambiguity Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multi-task, work under firm deadlines within a rapidly changing environment Kohl's is an equal Opportunity Employer and an organization that values and encourages diversity among our applicants.
