The Company enhances its roster of brands by licensing trademarks from third parties, including Nike® and Jag® for swimwear, and Callaway®, PGA TOUR®, and Jack Nicklaus® for golf apparel.SUMMARYThe Digital Assets Coordinator will be responsible for the management, ordering, and tracking of samples for e-commerce photography. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the day to day management of sample flow, scheduling photo shoots, and post-production details such as ensuring correct file names for each wholesaler based on their specifications, ensuring specific cropping of images for each wholesaler, determining the need for retouching, and final stage delivery of images to all wholesalers in a timely manner.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:      * Maintain tracking system for incoming and outgoing samples for internal and external partner needs      * Work with photo services producers to secure studio and photographer time based on projected availability and delivery of samples. Order samples from the warehouse as needed. * Determine the need for retouching      * Liaison with marketing, e-commerce, and wholesale team to deliver images      * Review and request an extension of model rights for expired imagery as needed     * Work with the marketing team to ensure updated style guide standards are being implemented on set.
