The Digital Optimization & Personalization team is responsible for identifying optimization and personalization solutions, implementing A/B tests, and data governance and analysis for Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman ecommerce and digital marketing platforms. Additionally, she/he will identify optimization and personalization enhancements to adopt into the overall product and marketing strategic roadmap. Analyze ecommerce, marketing, and performance results to inform optimization and personalization opportunities Develop, test, and assist with QA of front-end code within a variety of platforms and environments while meeting project timelines Coordinate with a project manager to assure all site optimization tickets are completed per stakeholder requirements Translate data analysis and test results into actionable optimization and personalization strategies for the product and marketing teams Dealing with Ambiguity: Can effectively cope with change; can shift gears comfortably; can decide and act without having the total picture; isn’t upset when things are up in the air; doesn’t have to finish things before moving on; can comfortably handle risk and uncertainty.
