On an incident by incident basis, the employee’s Department Head will make the determination as to who will be required to work.Under general supervision, performs clerical and specialized law enforcement work assisting the general public and processing prisoners for the Police Department. Employee may be required to transport prisoners. Reports to a Police Sergeant-Patrol.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS May be dispatched to transport prisoners from the field to the Police Station. May transport prisoners from Police Station to the County Jail, as necessary.
