Desk Associate

Reports to: Store Management Position Overview The desk associate is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction at the desk by efficiently and accurately completing desk relation functions and working as a team player with sales associates to successfully close each sale. Customer Service ●Greets customers at the desk and ensures all customers are totally satisfied. ●Stocks the desk area when supplies and notifies management of supply needs. ●Upholds company standards in wrapping and packaging customer’s merchandise. ●Adheres to company policies and procedures.
