Responsibilities Initiate and complete line plan requirements on a seasonal basis ensuring that the product is consistent with the market trends and business strategy Has the ability to self-direct and problem solve, models responsibility and accountability Takes ownership of entire design process from initial inspiration to final sample responsible for entire product life-cycle including trend research, inspiration, sketches, mocks, garment specs, special details and fit Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Designs a balanced collection appropriate to the demands of the business growth strategy
