Requirements: Minimum of 5-10 years of apparel designer experience with a proven track record in a fashion retail environment; Experience working with overseas suppliers; Experience in the use of fabrics and how they relate to garment design; Strong fashion and creative sense; Excellent design and sketching skills for technical drawings and freeform renderings; Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment; Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office; Strong written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; Ability to travel; Minimum 2-year college degree in Fashion Design is required; and Must be able to relocate to Charlotte, North Carolina.
