Stay updated on current fashion trends and translate them into commercially successful designs.
Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive and cohesive collections that align with the brand's aesthetic.
Conduct market research and analyze customer feedback to identify new product opportunities.
Work closely with the product development team to ensure designs are feasible for production.
Create detailed technical sketches and specifications for each design.
Attend fittings and provide feedback to ensure proper fit and construction of garments.
Work within given timelines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Monitor the production process to ensure designs are executed accurately.
Maintain a strong understanding of the brand's target customer and design with their needs and preferences in mind.

Provide creative direction and guidance to junior designers and interns.
Attend fashion industry events and shows to stay informed on emerging trends and competitors.
Continuously seek out new sources of inspiration and incorporate them into designs.
Adhere to brand standards and guidelines in all designs to maintain brand consistency.
