Designer - Men's

As the Designer - Men's, you will be responsible for driving the trend-to-market design, execution, and management of the Men's Category (Nova Men). You will join a fast-paced, high-volume, and creative team, and should bring an innovative, trend-setting, and adaptable approach to design that is clear, compelling, and instantly aligns with our brand’s aesthetic and customer base. In this role, you will need to clearly communicate creative ideas to both supervisors and stakeholders, collaborate on ideation with fellow designers, and work closely with the product development team to deliver solutions that are timely and effective. • Partnering with pattern-maker, as needed, on prototypes. Role Requirements • 5-7+ years of design experience specifically within the Men's Apparel space (denim, streetwear, tailoring, or high-volume fashion is highly preferred).
