Job Summary We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented GIRLS JUNIOR APPAREL DESIGNER to join our team. This role is responsible for designing and developing girls fashion collections aligned with current trends and brand identity while collaborating cross‑functionally to bring concepts from initial design through production. Responsibilities Develop original junior apparel designs from concept through production, ensuring alignment with brand vision and market trends. Manage the product lifecycle from initial design concepts to final samples, including fittings and revisions. Prepare presentation boards and mood boards to effectively communicate design concepts and product vision to buyers Travel internationally as required for sourcing and market research Requirements At least 5 years of experience in GIRL JUNIOR'S apparel import design, with proven expertise in overseas production and a comprehensive portfolio Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) Strong knowledge of garment construction techniques Excellent illustration skills combined with an understanding of color theory and fashion styling principles.
