Summary: American Exchange Group is looking for a creative, detail-oriented Designer to join our growing Home team. You’ll report to the Design Director and work closely with Production, Packaging, and Merchandising to support the design and development of innovative home products. Key Responsibilities • Create seasonal mood and trend boards in collaboration with the Design Director • Develop accurate artwork, repeats, and specs using Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign • Prepare design files for sampling and production • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product execution matches design intent • Support product revisions, costing updates, and presentation materials • Stay on top of timelines, trends, and technical innovations in textiles • Contribute ideas and assist wherever needed throughout the design process Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, education, internal equity, and location.
