Established Fashion Accessories company seeks a CAD Designer to join the team. The ideal candidate is a creative individual who welcomes the opportunity to work independently and embrace change as the company grows and develops. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: *Work on product design process including, sketching, CAD designs, and creating tech packs for development *Research and spot trends and research fashion shows and competitive markets to contribute to the right product for the brand *Make CADs and other supporting materials for presentations and sales meetings. STRONG CAD SKILLS ARE A MUST *Update line sheets and catalogs for sales staff *Assist in reviewing development samples, salesperson samples and fit samples *Manage and track sales samples and development process *Organize and record all styles, research, reference garments, trim, etc. *Maintain sample, trim, fabric and color libraries *Communicate regularly with product management to share line development direction.
